Pybus Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an innovative automotive brand to appoint an experienced Event Manager to join their UK head office team in Chiswick.

This role will lead planning and execution of national events across the UK, driving awareness, engagement and commercial success with a strong emphasis on seamless delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years in event management, preferably in automotive marketing or an agency environment.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of national brand and product launch events across the UK.
• Coordinate media and press launch activities with PR teams.
• Organise investor, dealer and corporate conferences.
• Manage activation campaigns and partner events.
• Support retailer networks with local and regional event activity.
• Oversee event agencies and external suppliers.
• Develop detailed event plans and timelines.
• Monitor performance and provide post-event analysis.

The Role

As Event Manager, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of a wide variety of events across the UK, ensuring exceptional execution and alignment with wider marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of national brand and product launch events
• Coordinate media and press launch activities alongside PR teams
• Organise investor, dealer and corporate conferences
• Manage brand activation campaigns and partnership events
• Support retailer networks with local and regional event activity
• Oversee event agencies and external suppliers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved
• Work closely with Marketing, PR, Social Media and Retail Marketing teams to deliver integrated 360° campaigns
• Collaborate with Product, Network Development and Aftersales departments
• Develop detailed event implementation plans and project timelines
• Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and feedback
• Present event strategies, plans and updates to senior leadership teams

Requirements

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

• A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within event management, automotive marketing or an event agency environment
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• A creative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Experience delivering large-scale launches, conferences or experiential events
• Automotive industry experience would be highly advantageous
