SEC Food is the official catering partner for The Scottish Event Campus, delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences across The OVO Hydro, The SEC Centre, and The SEC Armadillo. Our logistics team ensures smooth and efficient operations for large-scale events, handling procurement, delivery, inventory, and storage to support high-quality catering.

Qualifications

• Previous cellar experience desired, including changing kegs and handling gas bottles safely and efficiently.
• Stock inventory management skills and the ability to monitor and record stock levels.
• Practical knowledge and confident use of pallet trucks to move goods within a warehouse or retail environment.
• Experience in manual handling tasks with safe lifting techniques and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently as a lone worker with minimal supervision.
• Forklift operation experience is desirable but not required; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the timely delivery of catering produce and managing inventory levels.
• Ensuring produce is stored and handled according to health and safety standards.
• Providing seamless delivery of produce to each area on event days.
• Overseeing receipt and delivery of goods and assisting with stock checks.
