Job summary

TeamSport is seeking a customer-facing Host/Marshal to be the friendly face of the brand, greeting drivers, conducting briefings, and supporting events across our UK sites.

The role involves on-site duties, engaging with customers and driving sales through upselling merchandise, offers and memberships while maintaining a high standard of service. Shifts include weekends and evenings, with flexible part-time contracts available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register drivers and conduct group briefings.
• Commentate on races and wave the flag; offer tips to improve racing.

• Ensure snack bar service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Meet and contribute to achieving sales targets and mystery visit goals.
• Support events to ensure hassle-free experiences.
