Job summary

TeamSport is hiring for a Host/Marshal to be the friendly face at our indoor karting venues. You will welcome drivers, provide briefings, commentate races, and help guests with gear and signage across busy, fun events.

On some days you may marshal races, ensuring safety, assisting customers with racing suits and helmets, and keeping karts and track areas organized. Weekend/evening work is essential; contracts range from 4 to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register drivers and brief groups
• Commentate on races and wave flags
• Provide tips to help customers improve their racing
• Sell merchandise, offers, events and memberships
• Keep snack bar stocked and customers fed and hydrated
• Hit sales targets and support event needs
• Support health and safety checks and marshal events as required
