Job summary

TeamSport in Clydebank is hiring a customer-facing Host/Marshal to be the friendly face of our brand, greeting drivers and running briefings.

You will manage race sessions, help with safety checks, upsell on merchandise and events, and ensure guests have a speedy, enjoyable experience.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings on a part-time contract is essential as we grow across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a customer-first attitude.

• Able to upsell merchandise and events.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering drivers.
• Conducting group briefings.
• Commentating on races and waving the flag.
• Giving tips on racing techniques.
• Snack bar service and refreshing customers.
• Meeting sales targets and upselling.
• Upsell merchandise/events/memberships.
• Ensure events run smoothly and safely.
