Job summary

TeamSport is seeking a customer-facing Host/Marshal for our UK tracks. You will greet drivers, conduct briefings, commentate on races, and assist guests with food, drinks and merchandise while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Flexibility is required; weekend and evening work is essential, with shifts from 4 to 30 hours per week. If you enjoy a busy, fast-paced environment and delivering memorable experiences, join us in the fast lane.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register drivers.
• Conduct group briefings for races.
• Commentate on races and wave the flag.
• Upsell merchandise, offers, events and memberships.
• Maintain and exceed sales and mystery visit targets.
• Ensure events run smoothly and drivers have a hassle-free experience.
