Qualifications

At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
Experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down event spaces for conferences and banquets.
Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events.
Interact with guests to provide exceptional service and address inquiries.
Serve food and beverages during events while maintaining quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
