Cardiff Marriott Hotel is seeking a dedicated Conference & Banqueting team member to ensure flawless event delivery from room setup to guest experience. You will greet event organisers warmly, verify BEO requirements, and maintain high standards for buffet and beverage stations while ensuring accurate billing and daily revenue记录.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills and prior experience in conferences or events within hospitality, supporting a collaborative hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Conference & Banqueting, events, food & beverage, or similar hospitality environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces to brand standards and ESS criteria.
• Provide warm, professional meet-and-greet for event organisers.
• Review and deliver all BEO requirements on time and accurately.
• Deliver Conference & Banqueting service standards to guests.
• Ensure buffet and coffee stations meet high standards throughout service.
• Close-of-day meeting with event organisers and review of final bill.
