Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott York seeks a proactive Sales & Marketing support role to ensure guests are aware of options, promotions and services. You will prepare proposals, packages and event orders, and act as the first point of contact for clients and guests who visit our hotel.

Based in York, you will contribute to the warmest welcomes and memorable visits, collaborating with the team to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, and supporting the office with general Sales & Marketing

• Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
• Put together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
• Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally
• Be a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
