Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Kent is seeking an energetic Event Executive to join the Sales Team. You will guide clients from event options to flawless execution, ensuring warm welcomes, seamless experiences and lasting guest loyalty.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, contracts and banquet orders, creating brochures and promotional materials, and supporting the Sales & Marketing team with admin tasks. Weekend show rounds may be required.

As an Event Executive, you’ll be the person who brings their vision to life. From guiding them through our event options to ensuring every detail is perfectly executed, you’ll help create warm welcomes, seamless experiences, and unforgettable moments that keep guests returning time and time again.

What you’ll do

In this role you’ll work 40 hours per week across five days, primarily Monday to Friday during daytime hours. There may be occasions when weekend or evening cover is needed for show rounds or to personally welcome your clients on their event day — after all, you won’t want to miss the smile on their faces when they see your hard work come to life.
