Job summary

IMG in London is looking for an experienced Event Engineer to support the delivery of world-class live sports broadcasting and transmission services across major events globally. This hands-on role requires extensive travel, practical technical expertise and a strong understanding of broadcast technology.

You will deploy, test and support transmission and connectivity solutions on-site at live events, ensuring high-quality broadcast delivery for rights holders and broadcasters worldwide.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Event Engineer to support the delivery of world-class live sports broadcasting and transmission services across major sporting events globally. This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring extensive travel, practical technical expertise and a strong understanding of broadcast technology. You will be responsible for deploying, testing and supporting transmission and connectivity solutions on-site at live sporting events, ensuring high-quality broadcast delivery for rights holders and broadcasters worldwide. The role requires approximately 70% travel throughout the year, often supporting large-scale international broadcasts in demanding environments.

What You'll Be Doing
