Job summary

JS Fun Event Hire is expanding its freelance-style event crew pool in East London, looking for dependable Event Drivers and Ambassadors. The role combines driving, event setup, basic troubleshooting and customer service from our East London depot.

You will drive company vans to venues, install equipment, and ensure safe operation while delivering excellent service to clients and guests. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to meet fleet-insurance criteria.
• Experience in driving vans in London and on longer journeys is preferred.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Polite, professional and customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Load, check and secure equipment before departure.
• Drive to events at venues such as corporate events, exhibitions and activations.
• Install and test interactive games.
• Explain safe operation to clients and guests.
• Dismantle and return equipment after events.
• Complete job records and report problems promptly.
• Assist with depot preparation and equipment care.
