Job summary

The University of Southampton is recruiting a Research Fellow in Event-Triggered Cloud Computing to join an EPSRC-funded SONNETS project spanning Southampton, Newcastle, and Imperial College London. • Interdisciplinary project with researchers from multiple institutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect event-triggered compute stacks using orchestration tools (Kubernetes, container workflows).
• Engineer loading strategies for highly irregular data flows from many sources.
