Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Event Assistants to work across various venues and events, including Candlelight Concerts and The Jazz Room. This is about delivering top-notch hospitality talent with reliability and a welcoming attitude.

As an Event Assistant, you’ll help with venue setup, guest entry, ushering, and post-event packing while creating a warm atmosphere for guests. Pay is hourly and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and a welcoming manner.
• Ability to help guests feel at ease across events.

Responsibilities

• Venue Set-Up – prepare event spaces before doors open.
• Ticket Scanning – greet guests and check entry.
• Ushering & Guest Assistance – provide directions and answer questions.
• Pack Down – dismantle event setups after the event.
• Creating a Warm Atmosphere – ensure guests have a seamless experience.
