Job summary

Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Event Assistants to work across a variety of venues including Candlelight Concerts and The Jazz Room. You will help set up spaces, scan tickets, usher guests, assist with directions, and assist with packing down after events, all while creating a welcoming atmosphere for attendees.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t essential, but a positive, welcoming attitude helps.
• Ability to interact with guests confidently and politely.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different event environments.

Responsibilities

• Venue Set-Up: assist with preparing spaces before doors open.
• Ticket Scanning: greet guests and manage entry smoothly.
• Ushering & Guest Assistance: provide directions and answers to questions.
• Pack Down: help dismantle setups after events.
• Creating a Warm Atmosphere: ensure guests have a positive experience.
