This freelance role will be reporting into the Head of Finance and providing essential support and administration.
Assist with admin tasks such as spreadsheets, expenses, floats, bookings, and liaising with contractors.
Process payments, invoices, income, receipts, and enter data into accounting software.
Assist project spend & cost management and reconcile recharges & monthly spend.
Manage supplier administration, including building relationships and chasing missing invoices.
Record inconsistencies to help reconcile inaccuracies.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with Far and Beyond’s brand guidelines, utilizing templates, logos, and fonts across all documentation.
Experience working within the live events/music industry.
Strong administrative skills and proficiency with IT software.
Confidence working with spreadsheets.
Ability to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to take initiative.
Flexible and practical approach to work.
Discretion and diplomacy.
Previous experience in an in-house finance role.
Experience using finance software such as Quickbooks, Paycircle, Expensify, Xero.
Experience working in a rapidly expanding company.
Proficiency with G-Suite.
£105 per day, based on London living wage.
Freelance, requiring a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
ASAP - end of September 2025.
Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week working from our London office (central) and travel as needed for projects and meetings.
Generally Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm, with additional hours as needed. On-site hours may vary, typically 8am – 8pm, longer on show days, including weekends.
