Job summary

UKCIL is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide practical support to an autistic adult, with 3 hours per week at £14.67 per hour. This non-care role focuses on organising routines, meal preparation, and household tasks to reduce overwhelm and promote independence.

The position offers flexible evenings and weekends, no personal care required, and a supportive environment. A driving license is preferred but not essential, with public transport available.

• Experience supporting autistic people or knowledge of neurodiversity is advantageous.
• Patient, reliable and non-judgemental.
• Able to create practical routines and organise weeks.
