Home Instead Gloucester and the Forest of Dean delivers training to Care Professionals. We are seeking an Evening and/or Weekend Care Assistant in the Forest of Dean area for a part-time role with pay £13.25–£14.25 per hour, including holiday pay.

No experience required; full training provided to help you progress in your care career. You will visit clients in their own homes during evenings or weekends, assisting with personal care, medications reminders, meal preparation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must have a means of transport to visit clients in their homes.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities as per individual care plans.
• Assist with medications reminders and light health-related tasks.
• Prepare meals and help with meal planning.
• Offer companionship and social engagement during visits to keep clients active in the community.
