The role offers flexible, part-time hours during evenings and weekends, with paid training from day one. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required. Competitive hourly rates apply and there is fortnightly pay.

We’re currently looking for Evening & Weekend Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team across North Shropshire.

• Weekday rate: £13.75 per hour
• Bank Holiday rate: £23.00 per hour
• Paid travel time: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

As an Evening & Weekend Home Care Assistant, you’ll help clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assisting with personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting medication routines
• Helping with light household tasks
• Assisting with day-to-day activities
• Helping clients get ready for bed
• Supporting clients with their evening routines

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with regular clients while making a genuine difference to their daily lives.

The Hours

This role is ideal if you’re looking for part-time work alongside family commitments, another job, studies or other responsibilities.

We’re particularly looking for people who can offer availability during:

• Evenings
• A minimum of two evenings per week
• Every other weekend

We’ll work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and our clients, while ensuring we have the consistency needed to provide excellent care.
