Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking an Evening and Weekend Site Supervisor (Bank) to manage shift set-ups, monitor area usage, and maintain/clean facilities on evenings and weekends. You will support the Commercial team with future facilities projects and ensure safety and preparedness during each shift.

The role offers flexible hours to fit around other commitments, with the chance to contribute to a busy college environment and gain experience in facilities management within education.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within leisure or theatre industry.
• Understanding of basics of facilities management, including maintenance schedules, cleaning protocols and emergency procedures/evacuation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead with all set-ups on each shift including maintaining and dismantling equipment according to schedules and to monitor that each area is used correctly.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facilities and associated areas and changing facilities.
• Assist the Commercial team in the development of any future projects that will improve and enhance the facilities at the College.
