Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our local store team in the community. You’ll work as part of a friendly group, delivering helpful service on the shop floor, at the tills, and during busy periods, including weekends.

You’ll receive full, paid training and ongoing development, with flexible shift availability. A passion for helping people and teamwork is essential, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and maintain stock accuracy.
