Job summary

Spire Homecare is seeking a Care Assistant for evenings and weekends to help with personal care, mobility support, and end-of-life care where needed. You will work with dignity and respect to promote independence and wellbeing for service users in their own homes.

The role requires a UK Driving License with access to a car for travel between client properties. Training is provided, and opportunities exist for career progression within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, caring, and positive attitude.
• UK Driving License (and car for driving between service users’ properties).
• Evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting service users with personal care needs (undressing, washing, bathing, toileting).
• Supporting mobility and independence, including continence and use of aids.
• Provide care with dignity and promote wellbeing.
• Read/write reports and participate in training activities.
