Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for our busy Service Centre in Letchworth. You will lead a large warehouse team, drive performance, maintain service levels, and manage budgetary targets across your shift.

You will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and shape a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with GDP and SOPs in a fast-paced environment. This role is based on-site with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large warehouse teams and shift operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and GDP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations across your shift.
• Meet productivity, service, quality, and cost targets.
• Plan labour resources to stay within budget.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
• Develop, coach and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GDP, and SOPs.
