Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Operative in Yate, Bristol, for a permanent night role. You will join a supportive team, receive full training and have the chance to progress within the business.

You will work Sunday to Thursday, 21:30–06:00, loading and unloading lorries, moving stock on racking and preparing orders. Forklift experience is advantageous, with a counterbalance licence preferred.

Are you a Warehouse Operative with counterbalance forklift experience, looking for a secure night-shift role with a well-established, family-run business where you’ll be part of a supportive team, receive full training and have genuine opportunities to progress your career?

In this role, you’ll work Sunday to Thursday nights, from 9:30pm to 6am, carrying out a range of warehouse duties including loading lorries, moving stock onto racking and preparing orders for dispatch. You’ll help ensure products are handled safely and efficiently, with forklift experience being beneficial to the role.

This role would suit a Warehouse Operative with previous warehouse experience, looking for a stable night-shift position with a company that values its employees and offers opportunities to progress.
