Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver for an evening shift in Biggleswade. The role involves picking and packing orders and occasional forklift operation, with training on day shift before moving to evenings.

The position is temporary to permanent with an immediate start and full-time hours (40 per week). A valid Counterbalance licence and reliable timekeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
• Experience operating a Counterbalance forklift.
• Previous warehouse picking/packing experience.
• Able to perform manual handling and work in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Operate Counterbalance forklift when required.
• Move and replenish stock throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
• Meet daily picking targets.
