Bensons for Beds is hiring a Warehouse Operative in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role offers a 3pm-11pm shift and opportunities for development, with a supportive team and strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Basic IT skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Ensuring all stock is handled safely and efficiently
• Operating warehouse equipment (following training)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
• Completing documentation accurately and timely as required
• Complying with company health and safety policies at all times
