Job summary

Booker is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our South Elmsall site. The role involves fast-paced order picking, packing and stock handling to ensure timely delivery to customers. You will use a handheld terminal and may train on LLOP/FLoat equipment where available. A drug and alcohol test is required before employment.

We provide a supportive team environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency in ambient, chilled, and freezer areas. Experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Willingness to work a 5-day rotating shift pattern (14:00–22:00).
• Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using a handheld terminal.
• Receiving, storing and stacking stock appropriately.
• Maintaining stock integrity and meeting stock requirements.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
