The Bath Priory, part of the Brownsword hotel family, invites you to join our team as a Turndown Assistant. You’ll prepare bedrooms for the evening, ensuring comforting, well-presented spaces for guests to enjoy a great night’s sleep.

We welcome applicants with all experience levels and will provide training. A supportive team, flexible rotas, and a range of staff perks accompany a competitive base pay and monthly service charge distribution.

Qualifications

• No experience required – role is based on personality and attitude, training provided.
• Must keep COSHH training up to date.

Responsibilities

• As a Turndown Assistant you will prepare bedrooms for the evening, ready to welcome guests for a wonderful night sleep.
• Make the room cosy for guests and ensure a pleasant overnight experience.
• We are one team and will help across departments when needed.
