Job summary
Elite Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Evening Support Worker in Scunthorpe to provide person-centred care at clients’ homes and within the community. The role includes supporting daily living tasks, medication prompts, meal prep, and companionship to maintain independence and dignity.
The position offers flexible part-time and full-time contracts, with weekend and bank holiday enhancements and a mileage allowance. Driving is required, and DBS checks will be completed.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the community.

Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes and local community.
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.

- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Encouraging independence and community engagement.
- Assisting individuals to attend appointments and activities.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes and the local community, helping them to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties will include:
Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
Assisting with medication administration or prompting
Supporting with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
Providing emotional support and companionship
Encouraging independence and community engagement
Assisting individuals to attend appointments and activities
Supporting individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities
Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
Some roles will involve travelling within the community and driving Service Users’ vehicles; therefore, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
