Job summary

The Wilnecote School is seeking a dedicated Site Technician - Lettings to oversee after-school activities, ensure safety, and prepare facilities for hirers. You will manage set-up and packing away of equipment, maintain toiletries, and keep the building securely locked at day’s end.

Working patterns include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings totaling 20 hours per week. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to liaise with staff, students, parents and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pack away equipment and ensure the facility is ready for use by hirer.
• Maintain toiletries and sanitary products within the facility.
• Ensure the facility is locked and secured each day after use.
• Liaise effectively with staff, students, parents and the public.
