Job summary

TC Facilities Management are recruiting for a Site Supervisor to oversee an on-site cleaning team at a busy distribution centre. You will supervise multi-service operatives, manage on-site cleaning duties, perform decontamination cleans, maintain client relationships and sign off paperwork.

The role requires training and induction of staff, adherence to health and safety/COSHH, and responsibility for health and welfare. A DBS check is required and the company will arrange and cover the costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of multi-service operatives and ensure service delivery standards are met and audits passed
• Manage any on-site cleaning and waste operative duties
• Complete decontamination cleans as and when requested
• Develop and maintain the relationship with the customer
• To complete and sign off all necessary paperwork
• Ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used in a safe manner
• all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification
• Ensure shift handover books are completed and handed over
• Manage first-stage HR and Employee relations issues
• Train and induct all staff in their roles
• Manage staff training and ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety and COSHH
• Have responsibility for the Health, Safety, and Welfare of self and others and comply at all times with the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations
• You will need to complete a DBS to be successful for this role. We will arrange and cover the costs for this
