Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to support our site cleaning operations and uphold high standards across multiple locations in the UK. You will work with the Operations Support Manager, cover sites as needed, and ensure service consistency and client satisfaction.

The role requires previous cleaning or facilities experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or facilities experience is required.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to adapt to site demands.
• Strong communication skills with customers and site teams.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on site.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for travel between sites.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety standards; COSHH knowledge where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective delivery of cleaning services across three sites.
• Cover site absence and maintain consistent cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with site teams and respond to operational needs and issues.
• Ensure work complies with Health & Safety regulations including COSHH where applicable.
• Maintain site audits and cleanliness checks and ensure statutory compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new cleaning staff.
• Promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, safety and attention to detail.
• Manage rotas and review hours to keep budgets on track; ensure staff have tools and training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, . This role is all about supporting our site cleaning operations, maintaining high standards, and ensuring clients' expectations are met or exceeded. You'll work closely with the Operations Support Manager, stepping in to cover sites, helping maintain service consistency, and being a point of quality and reliability in our cleaning delivery. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your site,

• Support the effective delivery of cleaning services across 3 sites
• Cover site absence and ensure consistency in cleaning standards and client satisfaction
• Maintain strong communication with site teams and respond proactively to operational needs and issues
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations (including COSHH where applicable)
• Take ownership of maintaining site audits, cleanliness checks and ensuring statutory compliance
• Assist with onboarding/training new cleaning staff where needed
• Help promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, safety and attention to detail
• + Managing rotas and reviewing hours to ensure budgets are maintained + o Ensuring colleagues have the tools, training and support they need to succeed o # Making sure all company policies, processes and compliance standards are followed # @ Building and maintaining strong, open relationships with our customers
• Previous cleaning or facilities experience, preferably mobile or multi-site coverage
• Reliable, punctual and flexible - able to adapt to shifting site demands
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently under own initiative
• Full UK manual driving licence (clean) - essential for site travel
