Job summary

Gardiner Bros & Co Ltd, based in Stonehouse, is seeking enthusiastic warehouse operatives for the evening shift on a fixed-term contract running until December. The role involves picking and packing orders, handling returns when required, and working safely on mezzanine levels.

You will need a good level of spoken and written English, prior warehouse experience, and a positive team attitude. The package includes 33 days of annual leave, enhanced parental leave, and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Supporting our returns team, processing customer returns when required
• Comfortable working at height on mezzanine floors
• Meeting daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
• Ensuring all orders are packed to a high standard before dispatch
• Comfortable with manual handling, lifting parcels of up to 25kg
• Using warehouse systems (Oracle WMS experience is an advantage, but not essential)
• Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of the warehouse team

Hours:Monday – Thursday 13:30 – 22:00 & Friday 14:00 – 22:00 (39.5)
Salary:£14.79 per hour
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ
