Activate Accident Repair Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for the evening shift. You will repair and refit panels, ensure safety standards, and maintain high workmanship on accident-damaged vehicles.

Qualifications

• ATA or NVQ Level 3 required.
• Good communication skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good Health and Safety knowledge and awareness.
• Good time management skills.
• Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.

Responsabilités

• Completing all bodywork, including stripping and refitting trim and panel interior.
• Refitting new and repaired panels, and repairing small dents and minor bodywork on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Repairing panel damage to pre-accident condition in line with approved repair methodology and manufacturer standards.
• Using specialist body repair equipment, including measuring equipment, body jigs, welding equipment and SMART repair tools.
• Making sure vehicles meet safety standards before they're returned to customers, or reporting and noting any faults on the job card.
