Job summary

Mulrines is seeking an experienced Evening Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations at the Sion Mills site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure efficient production, hygiene, quality and safety across the shift.

You will manage resources, coordinate breakdowns, monitor targets and drive continuous improvement while developing a motivated team in a growing site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong people management incl. holiday and absence management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-production materials supply and throughput across mixing and packing areas.
• Prioritise and coordinate breakdowns (mechanical/electrical) to minimise downtime.
• Plan resources and manage attendance, annual leave and return-to-work documentation.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Train, develop and appraise team members with proper documentation.
