Job summary

Dakota Hotels is seeking an outgoing Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service during evening shifts. You will provide attentive table service, take guest orders and present large trays of delicious dishes, creating a memorable dining experience through personalised recommendations.

You will collaborate with Bar and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, and you’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including allergens, to guide guest choices and maximise guest

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.
• Outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace and be proactive during shifts.
• Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the role of a section waiter/waitress, providing attentive table service, taking guest orders and delivering large trays of food to guest tables.
• Create a memorable dining experience through genuine conversation with personalised food and beverage recommendations.
• Work closely with the Bar and Kitchen team to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including allergens, to guide guests’ choices.
