Dakota Hotels is seeking an outgoing Bar Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service in our bar area. The role is full-time and primarily evening shifts, suited for those with daytime commitments.

You will provide attentive table service, offer personalised drink recommendations, and work closely with the Restaurant and Reception teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in our brand are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience, ideally in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service in the bar, taking guest orders and delivering food and drinks to tables.
• Create memorable guest experiences through conversation and personalised drink recommendations.
• Coordinate with Restaurant and Reception teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and allergen information to make accurate recommendations.
