Dakota Leeds is seeking a personable Bar Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service in the bar, evenings only. You will take guest orders, serve tables, and upsell beverages while maintaining menu knowledge and allergen awareness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in hospitality, ideally waiting or coffee shop.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Able to work at pace and be proactive during shifts.
• Willing and able to pour, serve and upsell alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service within the bar, taking guest orders, and delivering food and drinks to guest tables.
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine conversation and personalised drink recommendations.
• Work closely with the Restaurant and Reception team to ensure the flow of communication.
• Know the food and beverage menu options and allergens to offer guests recommendations.
