Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for our client’s site in London. You will be part of the on-site team, delivering cleaning to the highest standards with full training and support from Atlas.

This role offers evening shifts, weekly tasks, and a pathway for progression within Atlas, including access to learning platforms and a focus on well-being. You will work 17:30–20:30, 42 weeks per year (39 term weeks + 3 deep-clean weeks), with pay spread monthly and a starting hourly rate of

Qualifications

• Basic level of spoken English required.
• Right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
• Two satisfactory references are required as part of the recruitment process for this role.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile on site to meet client needs.
• Receive on-site training and deliver the cleaning specification.
• Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based cleaning equipment and materials with full training.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste/recycling.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively within the Atlas team.
