Job summary

Atlas Family is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee on-site cleaning operations at client premises in the UK. You will receive induction and training in the first week and will be responsible for delivering the cleaning specification while maintaining high standards of customer care.

You should have cleaning experience, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a basic level of spoken English for safety and communication. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning operations.
• Basic spoken English required for safety and communication.
• Willingness to work on-site and follow instructions.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning supervision and delivery of cleaning specification.
• Induction and on-the-job training within first week.
• Provide high standard customer care across shift hours.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with training.
• Replenish consumables (towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into waste/recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning meets high standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work effectively as part of Atlas team.
