Job summary

Norton Hill School is seeking a School Cleaner to join our team on a permanent, all-year-round contract. The role is 12.5 hours per week at £12.85 per hour, with salary range reflecting pro rata terms for term time plus holiday hours when the school is open.

The position runs Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 6:00pm, with opportunities to undertake holiday hours when the school is open. Interview dates are to be confirmed.

• To complete online training as required.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the required standards and quality levels are maintained.
• To use all cleaning materials and equipment in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the instructions and procedures determined by the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership.
• To complete all appropriate records and documentation as required.
• To complete online training as required.
• To ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and security regulations.
• To carry out such other duties as are required, and as are commensurate with the grade of the post.
