AETHELRA CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Senior Executive, Scholar & Community Wellbeing to nurture a safe, inclusive residential environment for scholars aged 12–13, working closely with families and teams to deliver socio-emotional support and holistic development. This part-time role, Monday to Thursday 6:00 PM–11:00 PM and Sunday evenings, offers meaningful impact, sponsored professional certifications, supervision, wellbeing resources, and a mission-driven culture in a first-of-its-kind

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in youth development, mentoring, residential care, or holistic student support (ages 12–13).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trusting relationships with scholars and families.
• Ability to work part-time evenings and weekends as specified.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement wellness initiatives for scholars’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Conduct safety and risk assessments to maintain a secure residential campus.
• Provide direct counselling and guidance to scholars and families.
• Guide growth through personalized care plans and goal attainment.
• Maintain documentation of well-being and milestones.
• Engage families and community partners to build a network of support around scholars.
• Collaborate with the Scholar Development Team to design training for staff.
• Promote values-driven leadership and preventive initiatives.
