The Lanesborough, part of Oetker Hotels, is seeking an Evening Room Attendant to uphold The Lanesborough's renowned standards of cleanliness and guest care in London.

You will be responsible for maintaining immaculate guest rooms, ensuring privacy and safety, and promoting exceptional service in line with The Lanesborough culture of hospitality. Flexible hours and professional grooming are expected.

Candidate Profile

As an Evening Room Attendant you will be fully aware of The Lanesborough Culture, Service Experience and Guests Recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. You will be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel and it would be your responsibility to look after guestrooms and ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and standards are maintained.

The Housekeeping department is key to ensuring the guests feel secure and safe in the knowledge that their guest room is treated with care and confidentiality, thereby creating the comfort of their home environment at The Lanesborough.

Key Requirements

• Basic command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• The ability to work flexible working hours

• Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
