Job summary

ICL Evening Coordinator role oversees case managers and counselors, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and program effectiveness. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and assist with crisis intervention.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a mental health field and 2–3 years of supervisory experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. Duties include ensuring timely documentation, coordinating service plans, and fostering community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a recognized mental health discipline and a minimum of 2–3 years' direct supervision or program oversight experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred with direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff activities and schedules.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee completion of required clinical documentation.
• Monitor service plans and adjust as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Assist in admission and orientation of new consumers.
• Support a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Promote community relations and mental health wellness initiatives.
