Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) for permanent housing through the HFH program. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with DHS and county partners, and ensuring high-quality ICMS delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a human service or related field is preferred.
• Certification in a mental health specialty (RN, LVN, LPT, or drug/alcohol rehab counselor) is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) for permanent housing pathways.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate staff in accordance with policy and laws.
• Travel to multiple offices to supervise staff.
• Provide case management and mental health services in permanent housing.
