Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking a Machine Operator Nights to join a busy production team. This hands-on role involves monitoring machinery, packing finished products, sorting components, and performing visual quality checks to ensure standards.

You will move around the production floor, support continuous manufacturing, and contribute to housekeeping and product processing. The nights shift runs Monday–Thursday 11pm–7am and Friday 8pm–2:30am, with a pay rate of £14.93 per hour and

This is a hands-on role involving regular movement around the production area, monitoring machinery, handling finished products, packing and sorting components, and carrying out visual quality checks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are processed, checked and packed correctly while maintaining a high standard of quality and housekeeping.
