Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Production Operative in Wellingborough for a temp-to-perm role. You will perform assembly work, operate an auto welder and a press machine, and handle general packing and cleanup tasks in a manufacturing environment.

The position runs 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with a hourly pay of £14.75–£15.25 and benefits including 28 days holiday and pension.

Qualifications

• Physical dexterity to handle manual tasks and fast-paced work.
• Clear communication to follow instructions and coordinate with teammates.
• Excellent attendance and reliability on site.
