Job summary

Aligra is recruiting for a Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative in Leicester (Hinckley). You will sort, scan and load parcels, keeping the operation flowing and on schedule. The role is hands-on, with shifts 18:00–02:00, weekly pay and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Experience with handheld scanners is desirable. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, with a strong eye for detail in a busy logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles ready for processing.
• Sorting and scanning parcels accurately throughout the warehouse.
• Organising parcels into cages based on delivery status and destination.
• Preparing vehicles for re-delivery the next morning.
• Ensuring your work area is clean, safe and well organised.
• Working to deadlines to keep parcels moving on time.
