Job summary

Aligra are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy afternoon shift team in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling parcels and supporting the smooth flow of goods through the site.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for sorting parcels, loading and unloading vehicles, and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, parcel sorting or logistics experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels accurately and efficiently to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and correctly.
• Move stock and parcels around the warehouse using manual handling methods.
• Check parcel labels, destinations and quantities.
• Keep work area clean, tidy and compliant with site standards.
• Work with team to maintain a smooth overnight operation.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
