Qualifications

• ATA or NVQ Level 3 required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Good health and safety awareness is necessary.
• Proven time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Relevant industry experience as a repair technician.

Responsibilities

• Complete bodywork, including stripping and refitting trim and panels.
• Refit panels and repair dents and bodywork on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Repair panels to pre-accident condition per approved methods and standards.
• Operate specialist repair equipment and measuring tools.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety standards before handover or document faults.
